Yoga has taken the world by storm and from London to Miami, Australia to Thailand and beyond there are classes, variations and retreats that leave you wide-eyed and desperate to plan your next adventure.

In this blog we’re taking a look at the Yoga Hotspots of London, Miami and Paris and what makes them stand out from the crowd!

London

London is definitely a Yoga Hotspot and is awash with Yoga Studios offering every type of Yoga imaginable. No matter your skill level or schedule there’s bound to be a class for you! It’s hardly surprising given the number of people working long days hunched over a computer that Yoga has become a necessity for many Londoners to try and fit into their hectic schedules. It’s a great way for them to stretch out, relax and take some time for calm between meetings, commuting and hectic social lives.

Access to Yoga in London is plentiful and you’re probably never more than a 10 minute walk away from your nearest class, making it easy to attend and in summer there will even be outdoor classes! What’s even better is because of its popularity in London many top international teachers will come there to take a class or workshop giving you the opportunity to learn from the best; or if you want to become a teacher yourself then London has some of the more renowned international Yoga schools

People who live in Miami tend to have a healthy lifestyle and therefore Yoga plays a big role in that. Its Yoga community is often described as young and welcoming and there are many Yoga events held regularly such as the “Salutation Nation and the Yoga Aid” event where participants raise money for charity by doing 108 sun salutations.
